While we were in Pinjarra south of Perth recently, we stopped to admire some of the town’s historic buildings. The courthouse above dates from 1938, but looks older. The post office below was built in1896. It was designed by the government architect, George Temple-Poole, and is in Victorian cottage style.
Nearby you can also visit the rustic Edenvale Homestead below, which was established in 1860. All these buildings are along the town’s main street.
