Last week we visited Porongurup National Park, which is about 40km north of Albany, near the south coast of Western Australia. There are plenty of walk trails in the park, but by far the most popular is the one to Castle Rock.
The spectacular rock is just 2.2km from the car park, but seems further than that because it’s uphill all the way. The last few metres are especially hard going. But everyone agrees – it’s worth the effort.
