Corellas – they’re birds that everyone loves to hate. They fly around in huge noisy flocks, and descend on parks and gardens acting like an out of control party. But if you see these white cockatoos in a small group, their behaviour is entirely different.
We saw this pair in the bushland of Perth’s Bold Park. They were sitting quietly at the top of a dead tree, looking cute and not making their characteristic raucous squawk. They even snuggled up for a kiss when they thought no one was watching. Not party animals at all!
