Last Sunday we visited the Azelia Ley Homestead at Manning Park in Cockburn, about 10km south of Fremantle.

The house was built in 1923 for Azelia Ley (nee Manning) and her husband Jack, and is full of period furniture, appliances and Manning family memorabilia. The homestead is a museum operated by the Historical Society of Cockburn and is open 1:30 to 4:30pm each Sunday.
