Yes, today is the feast day of St Anthony of Padua. He is the patron saint of all the things mentioned above, and many more as well. The huge building above is the Basilica of St Anthony in the Italian city of Padua. It was built after his death (on 13 June 1231) and doesn’t quite fit with his espousal of poverty.
