About

We are Keith and Susan Hall, a freelance writer/photographer team living in Perth, Western Australia. We write for a variety of magazines and have a lot of fun collecting material for our articles.

Our interests include travel, vintage caravans, old machinery, classic cars, vintage trucks, hiking, wildlife, art, architecture, and much more. So this blog will have plenty of variety.

We also have two more specific blogs – one on Perth Wildflowers and the other on Books n Places, about locations with literary connections.

If you have a question or comment, you can contact us by posting a comment on the blog, or by email to k3ith42@gmail.com

Feel free to re-post our photos on your blog or pin-up board (giving us credit, of course). And if you would like a high resolution version for use in a book or magazine, just send us an email.

    • Hi Jennifer,

Yes, there is a “Follow” button for our blog at the bottom of the screen. It will ask for your email address and then send you an email each time we post a blog entry.

Glad you like our blog. Keep reading Inferno – the action eventually moves to somewhere fairly close to where you live.

      Regards, Keith and Susan

  1. Now THAT’S a fabulous life you two are leading! To travel while earning a living in Australia no less…does it get any better?

  2. Hi Keith and Susan, I have an unrestored 1930’sschool bus from Manjimup. I have made the decision to sell or dispose of the project and am looking for an avenue to present the project for sale. Can you make any suggestions
    Cheers
    Pete

    • Hi Peter,

We’re not experts on buying and selling retro vehicles, but here are some ideas that may help:

      – Advertise it in Quokka or a newspaper
      – Contact clubs like the Veteran Car Club or Historic Commercial Vehicles Club
      – Take it to a show and put a for sale sign on it

      Good luck!

      Cheers, Keith and Susan
